China Fire 2019

There are only two and a half months left before the opening of China Fire 2019 on October 16 in Beijing. Asia Pacific Fire magazine is working with the China Fire Committee to get first-hand information on the progress of this event. This update will give readers who are interested in China Fire 19 a first-glance guide and show where to get more details.

Exhibitor update

Up to late June, 790 exhibitors have finished their registration at China Fire 2019, this has eclipsed the 726 exhibitor number for China Fire 2017. There have been more than 2000 fire products submitted to the expo website, which cover more than 90 categories of fire products. More products will appear in the system as we get closer to the opening of the expo. For the first time, a pavilion organized by the France Embassy in China consisted of seven leading fire companies, will debut this year in Hall E4. In addition, visitors can also find old friends such as the UL pavilion and the VDS pavilion.

Concurrent Events

Various concurrent events on-site will be held at China Fire 2019, including:

  • A Fire Protection Conference
  • Firefighting Equipment Demonstrations in Hall W4
  • Rescue Equipment Demonstrations in Hall E4
  • Company Show and Profiles at the South Registration Hall
  • Fire Safety Education and Virtual Reality Equipment displays

All events are currently in the planning process and will be finalized in September. Although most activities and agendas are in final planning, some presentations at the conference have been settled. For example, the president of NFPA and experts from France Embassy will give speeches on hot topics of the fire industry like Louvre fire incident and the latest developments of NFPA standards. Through these events, the committee hopes to help exhibitors and visitors be more closely connected.
